- How
to Read the Calendar memory
Pull the crown out one step; the second hand becomes
the Month/Leap Year indicator. The hour markers, 1-12
acts as Month Number Indicators. The first 3-minute
markers after each hour mark are used to indicate
the number of years after a Leap Year. EXAMPLE: If
the second hand moves to the 12 marker exactly, the
Month would be December of a leap year. If the second
hand moves to three 'ticks' after the 12, that would
indicate that the memory is set to December and the
Year is set to 3 Years after a Leap Year.

- Setting
the Calendar
Pull the crown out one step, the second hand will
move to a Month/Leap Year position and stop.
To change the Month/Leap Year indication, turn the
crown clockwise one 'click', the second hand moves
forward one 'tic' turn the crown counter clockwise
the second hand moves backwards. Set the second hand
to correct indication according to the Calendar Memory
guide shown to the left.
Changing the Date (Note the date can not be set independently)
Leaving the crown in, press in and release the A button
(that's the recessed push button at the 2:00 position
on the side of the case.) Now turn your crown clockwise
to advance the hour hand and date forward.
Turning the crown counter clockwise moves the hour
hand and the date backwards. Turning crown continuously
advances the hour hand rapidly. To stop rapid advancement
turn the crown in either direction. Since the Calendar
is perpetual, once it is set correctly, it changes
Month, Year setting and Date automatically until the
year 2100.
