  • To Set Digital Time
    Press and release M Button to move mode indicator hand to TME(Time)
    Pull mode button out to setting position. The Watch stops and the second figures in digital display II start blinking. Press and release Button C to reset seconds.
    Press and release Button A, digital display I now shows hours and digital display II shows minutes with the minutes blinking. Press Button C to advance minutes. For fast advance, hold C Button down.
    Press and release Button A, hour figures in digital display I will begin blinking. Press Button C to advance hours (hours are displayed in the 24 hour system only). Press button M in to finalize time setting. The second, minute, hour and 24 hour hands will automatically move to match the digital time.
  • All Reset and Zero Positioning
    Press and release mode button to move mode indicator to "SPL" chronograph split mode. Pull mode button out to setting position and press and hold Buttons A, B and C down for 3 seconds, then release them. Digital displays I and II will be blank while buttons are pressed but when buttons are released, all digital segments in both displays will be highlighted (black).
    Press and release Button B to enter 'O' correction mode, digital display I shows 'H'. Minute, hour and 24 hour hands (move in unison) can be moved clockwise by pressing Button A and counterclockwise by pressing Button C. Move hands until 24 hour hand is on 24 and hour and minute hands are on 12. Press and release Button B, digital display I will show 'S'.
    Press A or C to move second hand to the 'O' position (12 o'clock).
    Press and release Button B, digital display I shows 'F'. Press Button A or C to move function hand to 'O' position. Press mode button in, to finalize all reset procedure.
    After all reset, digital time, calendar, alarm time, local time and local time alarm must be reset.
  • To Set Calendar
    Press and release the mode button to move mode indicator hand to CAL. Digital display I shows month and digital display II shows date.
    Pull mode button out, month number starts blinking. Press Button C to advance month. Press and release Button A, date starts blinking. Press Button C to advance date. Press and release Button A, digital display I shows first two numbers and digital display II shows last two numbers of the year and year numbers will be flashing. Press Button C to advance year. After mode button is pressed in, digital displays show month number and date. (In time mode digital displays show day of week and date).
  • To Set Alarm
    Using mode button, move the mode indicator hand to ALM ( or L.AL). Pull mode button out, the hours in digital display I will blink. Press Button C to advance hours.
    Press and release Button A, minutes in digital display II will blink. Press Button C to set minutes. Setting alarm time sets alarm to on. Press mode button in to finalize setting. To switch alarm off or on while in alarm mode, press Button C. Hours in alarm mode are displayed in 24 hour system only. While in alarm mode, digital display II shows alarm off or on status.
  • Using the Chronograph
    Use mode button to move to SPL mode. The split time chronograph can measure up to 23 hour, 59 minutes, 59 and 99/100 seconds. It can also store 9 records in memory
    Press Button A to start or stop chronograph. Sweep second hand measures chronograph seconds, function hand measures minutes and digital display display II shows 1/100 seconds. Digital display I shows split time record number. If Button C is pressed while chronograph is running, a split time is displayed for 10 seconds and a record number appears in digital display I as chronograph continues counting elapsed time internally. If Button C is pressed when counting is stopped, chronograph is reset to zero. Button B can then be pressed to recall split memo's. Use mode button to move to chronograph LAP mode. Chronograph in LAP mode can store up to 9 LAPS in its memory.
    Press Button A to start or stop LAP chronograph. Sweep second hand measures LAP seconds, function hand measures LAP minutes and digital display II shows 1/100 second. Digital display I shows L(LAP) and memo number. If Button C is pressed while chronograph is running, a LAP time is displayed for 10 seconds and a record number appears in digital display I while chronograph is measuring from the start of a new LAP time. If LAP timing is stopped and Button C is pressed, chronograph is reset to zero. To review LAP time memo's, press Button B.
  • Using the Timer
    Use mode button to move to timer mode. Timer can be set to countdown from 60 minutes to 1 minutes in 1 minute increments. The function hand shows timer set minutes, digital display I shows timer minutes remaining and digital display II shows timer seconds remaining during countdown.
    Pull mode button out and press Button C to set timer minutes(function hand). Press mode button in to finalize setting. Press Button A to start or stop timer countdown. Pressing Button C after timer is stopped resets timer to original timer set time.
