- Setting
the Digital Time
Press and release M button until the mode indicator
displays TME
Press and release A or B button to select the city
that indicates your time zone.
Press and hold B button down for 2 or more seconds
to enter the setting mode. The summer indicator (SUM)
will flash.
Press and release the A button to select Summer on
or off.
Press and release B button. Seconds will flash
Press and release the A button to reset the seconds
to zero.
Press and release B button. Minutes will flash
Press A button to adjust minutes. Hold the button
down for rapid advance of the minutes.
Press and release B button; hours will flash.
Press A button to adjust the hours
Press and release B button; 12 / 24 hours selection
will flash.
Press A button to make choose 12 or 24 hour time setting.
Press B button to finalize setting.

- Setting
the Crown
Pull crown out
Turn crown to set hours and minutes push crown back
in to normal position.

- Setting
the 12-hour Chronograph
Press and release M button until the mode indicator
displays CHR.
Press and release A button to start and stop the chronograph.
Pressing the B button while the chronograph is running
will display Split Time.
Pressing the B button while the chronograph is stopped
will reset it to zero.

the Alarm
Press and release M button until the mode indicator
displays ALM.
Press and hold B button down for 2 or more seconds
to enter the setting mode.
The alarm ON or OFF indicator will flash
Press A button to select ON or OFF.
Press and release B button. Hours will flash.
Press A button to adjust the hours.
Press and release B button. Minutes will flash.
Press A button to adjust the minutes.
Press and release B button to finalize setting.

the Calendar
Press and release M button until the mode indicator
displays CAL.
Press and hold B button down for 2 or more seconds
to enter the setting mode. The month will flash.
Press A button to adjust the month.
Press and release B button. Date will flash
Press A button to adjust the date.
Press and release B button. Day will flash.
Press A button to adjust the Day.
Press and release B button. Year will flash.
Press A button to adjust the year.
Press and release B button to finalize setting.

- Using
60-Minute Timer
Press
and release M button until the mode indicator displays
TMR.
Press B button to set countdown time in upper right
display.
Press and release A button to start and stop the countdown.
Press and release B button while the timer is stopped
will reset the timer to the initial set time.

City Display (Zone Display)
Press
and release M button until the mode indicator is on
SET
Press and release A or B button to select a city.
Press and hold B button down for 2 or more seconds.
"ON" or "OFF" and the city name
will flash.
Press A button to select "ON" or "OFF".
Press B button to move to Summertime setting
Press A button to select summer setting.
Press B button to move to the next city
Press M button to finalize setting.
