We always carefully inspect, battery, refurbish or refresh all watches we sell to be sure the watches are flawless and the batteries are fresh and the watches are in perfect working order before listing them on eBay. If the finish on the watch is not {Flawless}, it will be clearly stated in the watch description. It might be a sample or display model that might contain a scuff or a slight scratch, but we will always state this blemished condition in the description. The watch will still operate perfectly.

We have been advised that for a watch to be correctly and legally identified as {BRAND NEW}, it must go out to you exactly as offered by the Manufacture. This means the watch must be in the original factory box, with all the original paper work and a {Valid Factory Warranty} that can only be offered by an {Authorized Dealer}. The watch must not be altered or opened to replace the battery and the factory watch box and contents cannot be changed, altered, or substituted in any way.

We, like the other watch sellers on eBay, are not {Authorized Dealers} for any brand; so, if the {Brand New} watch needed repairs, you would not have the proper and correct sales slip to send in to the Manufacture with the {Factory Warranty} for any needed repairs. However, we do offer a REAL and Valid warranty with every watch we sell.

The Sellers that say {Brand New} and {Factory Warranty} never take the time to tell you it is a worthless warranty unless they are {Authorized Dealers} for that watch and can provide the proper sales slip! In addition, if the box or battery has been replaced, or any other deviations have taken place, the watch cannot be called {Brand New}. We therefore never call our watches {Brand New} and but we DO provide a REAL and RELIABLE warranty that we back up. Additional information is provided below to help explain this further.

We automatically provide our valid one-year warranty or an extended eleven-year warranty on all the watches we sell. The extended eleven-year warranty is always mentioned in the descriptions beside the watch that is covered.

For over 15 years, we have had watchmakers and watch repair people in house for our repair contracts with the Store Chains, private individuals and jewelry stores etc. This has helped give us the knowledge and experience to be able to repair any type of watch. You can be assured the warranty we give you is valid and reliable for the full term stated.

Selling Restrictions from many of our watch suppliers do not allow us to sell the watches in a factory box with factory papers; therefore, we do not keep many model numbers.

Because we sell the watches for about half the suggested retail price, our suppliers feel {No Factory box or Factory papers} helps stop people from taking the watch to a store for a full cash value refund or an {In store credit}.

Genuine Factory Boxes may be permitted for resale by some of our suppliers. Then we will state that in the auction description, but we will still provide you with our own warranty with the watch. That is because factories do not honor the {Factory Warranty} without a proper sales slip from an authorized dealer. Please be assured, in most cases our warranty and service is equal to, or better than, that offered by the Manufactures.

Watch instructions that come boxed with many new style watches, when they first come out, are incorrect or incomplete. When you get the new instructions from the factory web site, or by using the {Instructions Button} on the auction page, you can be sure you will always have the up to date and corrected operating instructions. We will include the instructions if we have them or will give you assistance in finding the link to the instructions if you cannot locate them. If Gift boxes are included with the watch, it will be stated in the auction description next to the picture. If the box is not listed and you need one for a gift, it can be purchased at check out for $1.50.

Extra band links can be added to most watches. If you win the bid and want to special order more links, or have us ?Size? the watch, you must contact us by email at ted@watchliquidators.com for instructions. You will be required to pay by Money Order and have the words [Size To __ __ Inches] and the {auction number} printed on the face of the money order. The fee of $5.99 must be added to the bid amount and the shipping amount. If adding links to make the watch bigger you can expect to add $3.99 for up to 3 links.

Band Reduction instructions may also be available if you find you need a slight adjustment to the watchband to make it smaller and want to do so yourself.

Exchange or Replacement is exclusively at the seller's option and is subject to availability. In addition, this must be agreed to within 48 hours upon your receipt of the watch and only with e-mail authorization. For exchange or replacement, the returned item must be in the ORIGINAL UNALTERED CONDITION and without physical damage or changes of any type and be accompanied by the {Return Authorization Form}. Items deceptively obtained and retained fraudulently will be reported to the proper authorities for prosecution.

Shipping Damage, Warranty Repair or Replacement is exclusively at the seller's discretion. When meeting the warranty conditions, a return authorization and instructions must be agreed to by email and be included with the returned item.

Cancellation of a Credit card or unauthorized return or delivery rejection of the watch by the bidder is considered {Abandonment} of the item, and in no way alleviates the bidders of any financial responsibility to the seller nor does this cancel the sale.

Credit Card and Paypal transactions are not accepted from buyers outside of the United States because addresses cannot be verified. The only recommended form of payment for non-U.S.A. buyers is by Cash, International Bank Money Order and Travelers Checks payable in U.S. funds. We also can accept Western Union Wire at www.westernunion.com , MoneyGram Wire at www.emoneygram.com This is done per the eBay/Paypal rules covering the Buyer/Seller protection coverage requiring Traceable Online Shipping and Confirmed addresses. We hope this restrictive eBay/Papal rule will change soon.

Payment notices that you will receive will be from eBay on your successful win. Then you will receive additional payment reminders from Watch Liquidators until the item is paid. Occasionally an auction transaction can slip thru the cracks. So, if you do not receive a {Delivery Confirmation} number within three business days after the payment, please contact us. When this happens we normally find that you paid your electronic payment incorrectly and it went to a wrong PayPal email address and has not been credited to our PayPal account. If this happens, we will help you correct this problem if we can.

Shipping prices are fixed and stated on the auction page for U.S. buyers. This includes shipping, handling and tracking by USPS Priority mail to any USA city. There are no combined item discounts for shipping with PayPal because of software issues and the eBay/Paypal Buyer/Seller protection rules. We are working to help change this.

Combined shipping with Money Order payments will be quoted as 50% off the shipping rate for the first item on the second and successive four items shipped in the same box. However, the payment for combined shipping must be by money order payments only, for both U.S. and non-U.S. buyers!
