We have been advised that for a watch to be correctly identified as "BRAND NEW", it must go out to you exactly as offered by the factory. This means the watch must be in the original factory box with all the original paper work and a "Valid Factory Warranty" that can only be offered by an "Authorized Dealer". The watch must not be opened to replace the battery and the watch box and contents cannot be changed or altered or substituted in any way.
Since we always carefully inspect, battery, refurbish or refresh all watches we sell just to be sure the watches are flawless and the batteries are fresh and in perfect working order it can not be called "Brand New". The new battery and any refreshing is our assurance to you that you get the best possible product.
