I live in the USA and I have tried to pay for my item but I can't seem to pay you with PayPal.

If you live in the USA and PayPal will not accept your payment, it normally is because you are not eBay/PayPal Confirmed. This is different from eBay/PayPal Verified. The eBay/PayPal rules clearly state the Seller protection policy only covers the PayPal Confirmed address accounts. We hope to see eBay/PayPal change these rules in the near future but you can log onto your PayPal account and become "Confirmed" easily..
