If you do not live in the USA, PayPal will not accept your payment on our auctions. It normally is because you are not eBay/PayPal confirmed with your address. The eBay rules clearly state that non-USA buyers' address may be verified for their country but most are not Confirmed and are not covered on the PayPal Seller protection policy. The item can not be shipped with online tracking and confirmed delivery so it can't be covered. We hope to see eBay change these rules in the near future.
