No, since you're contacting us through eBay, you're an eBay customer. As always, eBay has rules and looks down on closing auctions early, or selling items to eBay customers outside of the auction, or selling the item after the auction has closed.

I know this is done a lot, and even by other Power Sellers, but they are breaking the eBay rules. We simply will not do this because it is ethically wrong .... and we would risk a 30-day suspension from eBay that could cost us up to $100,000 in sales. So, our software will always re-list unsold items.

We are Power Sellers and take the eBay rules seriously. We only sell our eBay-listed watches at auction when the person contacts us through eBay.
