What happens if I refuse the item or it gets returned to your office?

If you refuse the auction item or it gets returned because of a bad address you supplied, and you refuse to correct the address and pay for re-shipping the item, it is considered "Abandoned Property". This in no way relieves your responsibility or obligation to complete the sale. In other words, you are not entitled to a refund if the item is returned for any reason!
