I have a confirmed address and can't pay.

Go to your winning auction page and try to click and pay with Paypal. If you can't pay this may help. It was posted by PayPal as a fix for a problem they know exists and are trying to fix:

1. If you are paying for an item through an eBay "Pay Now" or "logo" button and your address does not show "Confirmed", but you are sure you have a "Confirmed" PayPal address, on the page following the "Pay Now" button, click the "Change shipping address" link.

   To set your "Confirmed" PayPal address as your Primary eBay address, click "Set as primary address" next to your "Confirmed" PayPal address.

   If you do not see your PayPal address, click the "Use PayPal address" button to access your PayPal shipping addresses.

   If you are still experiencing difficulty, you can log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com and click "Send Money" and "Pay for eBay Items".

2. Users can also fix the confirmed address issue by doing the following:

   1. Log in to your 'My eBay' page.
   2. Go to 'Preferences'.
   3. Go to 'Update my stored shipping information'.
   4. You should see an address with the word 'confirmed' in green (from the PayPal account).
   5. You can then set the address as your primary.

If you're still having trouble paying with Paypal when you are signed in on eBay the same way you were when you won the auction and can't do it from the winning auction item page by clicking on the pay button or the PayPal button after doing the above, this information will also help you:

If your Paypal account is not working correctly you will need to contact PayPal. We can't help you change or alter PayPal files to accommodate your name, address or other information because of the financial privacy issues, so this must be your responsibility. The payment time is also important with eBay so please decide what venue you're going to pay with and do so within the time constraints set by the eBay auction statements.

USA eBay Buyer auction Items, and shipping, can be paid through Paypal using confirmed and verified information only. This is per the eBay/Paypal rules for the Buyer/Seller protection policy. This is why we clearly say this in our "Terms of Sale" in all our auctions. Also the item can only be shipped to the confirmed PayPal address.

If you're a USA buyer and can't pay with Paypal, then you can call our offices in AZ at 623-580-1900 Mon./Fri. 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM Arizona time, and pay by phone, but we do not accept credit card payments from non U.S. Citizens. Your name and the shipping address must be the same as the name on the credit card and the billing address for the card. Then we can ship it the same day you call.

If you're a USA or Non-USA buyer, you can also send cash (however, cash is not advised) or a money order, Travelers Checks, or a Postal Money order in U.S. Funds, for the winning auction amount, plus the shipping amount, the insurance amount of $1.30 if you want insurance, and the address where you want the item delivered. This should be sent to our office address shown below.

If your shipping inside the USA use this address, and if you're outside the USA you must check the shipping cost by e-mail, and send a money order in U.S. Funds for the correct shipping, the item amount and insurance if you want it, the eBay item number, shipping address and a copy of shipping e-mail quote, to:
