Until you complete your winning eBay bid, you will receive a series of periodic payment notifications automatically from eBay and our warning notification software. Then the automated system will file what is called an NPB (Non Paying Bidder) STRIKE alert with eBay. Next, eBay sends you a warning notices as well. Subsequently, the system will file a FVC (Final Value Credit) with eBay since you have not paid. Once this is completed our systems will then automatically leave a negative feedback on your account indicating that you did not complete the transaction as a warning to other Sellers.
