With our automated feedback system, Watchliquidators only leaves feedback after feedback is received from the eBay auction winner. This method allows us to take into account the entire eBay auction transaction.
For Watchliquidators, part of this transaction is rating how the buyer conducted themselves when posting feedback to our account. If an auction winner made allegations on our permanent feedback record, that we believe to be untrue, exaggerated or did not allow us the needed time to correct a problem, we do not consider the auction transaction to be a success.
The auction transactions of any non-satisfactory nature can result in a negative response that accurately portrays and describes our overall experience with the buyer. Many things are used to determine an appropriate feedback response and this includes weather or not the buyers actually paid for the item, how the buyer conducted themselves after the transaction, and how fair and reasonable a buyer was when trying to solve a problem and so forth.
