What do I do if my item has not arrived?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered from the time you pay. Then, if the item still has not arrived, please use the delivery confirmation number and the USPS "Track and confirm" service to investigate the items status.

We recommend you contact the USPS office that delivers your mail and ask to speak directly to the route delivery person. See if they may have it at the office, or if they recall a "Priority item that was in a 'large video cassette priority' shipping box."

If you still cannot locate it simply send an email to ted@watchliquidators.com and be sure to include your eBay auction number and will attempt to assist you.
