Can I see the warranty?

This is the warranty slips basic verbiage that is included in the shipping carton for all watches shipped one at a time or in bulk to Buyers or re-sellers. This is nearly the same warranty coverage that is offered across the entire watch industry:

One Year Limited Warranty:

Your watch has been adjusted and electronically timed by skilled watchmakers. It has been carefully checked and will give you excellent service. This watch is warranted for one year from date of purchase against defective workmanship. This limited warranty applies only to the mechanism or module of the watch and does not include necessary periodic cleaning and oiling of movement, replacement of batteries, crystals, cases, straps, parts, or moisture and water damage if the case is not marked "water resistant."  Should this watch develop any defect within the one year  period, please mail the watch plus $9.95 to cover handling, postage and insurance. For skin divers, wrist alarms, self winders, chronographs, timers, day and date watches, pocket watches with covers, jewel fashion watches, LCD digital and quartz analog watches, send an additional $2.95. (this is not a repair charge.).

IMPORTANT: WATCH WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF MONEY AND POSTAGE PAID SELF ADDRESSED RETURN PARCEL IS NOT SENT IN WITH THE WATCH!!

Important: Do not return the watch to the point of purchase for WARRANTY repair!

When returning for repair: Please wrap securely and insure when mailing, but do not use the original gift box, as we cannot return it. Import:  Do not send money, certificate or correspondence under separate cover. Enclose them in the same parcel with the watch to avoid delay. Damaged watches and watches out of warranty will be repaired at standard cost of labor and material with your approval. If the watch is beyond repair it will be returned in the same condition as received, less postage if not provided. We reserve the right to repair and/or replace lost articles with like grade and quality.  This warranty is extended in compliance with standards set forth in the "Magnuson-Moss Warranty-Federal Trade Commission Act" Liability is limited solely to the repair of the watch. We disclaim liability for consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty including merchantability or fitness for purpose. We reserve the right to substitute a watch of equal or greater value at our discretion.  Bill of sale, canceled check, or payment record should be kept (and copy submitted with warranty work) to establish the warranty period. Important: Warp securely in a sturdy box, marked "fragile" and send by insured  mail. Include check or  money order and fill out the following.

Three Year Limited Warranty and Eleven year are the same.
