WatchLiquidators.com Limited Warranty
WatchLiquidators.com provides warranty coverage for at least one year from the date of purchase on all watch purchases. Your watch has been adjusted and electronically timed by skilled watchmakers and has been carefully checked to give you excellent service. This limited warranty applies only to the mechanism or module of the watch and does not include necessary periodic cleaning and oiling of movement, replacement of batteries, crystals, cases, straps, parts, or moisture and water damage if the case is not marked "water resistant" or if exposure exceeds the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations. All shipping, handling and insurance costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty is valid only at WatchLiquidators.com and improper repair or warranty service performed by any entity other than WatchLiquidators.com or its assignees will void this warranty.
Watchliquidators.com disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damage for breach of written or implied warranty of this watch, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Watchliquidators.com offers only genuine name brand watches and always at substantial discounts to the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Because of our purchasing and discounted pricing methods, we are not "Authorized Dealers" as defined by the manufacturer. - All
of our watches are genuine and authentic and are purchased directly
from the manufacturers, or authorized dealers, or distributors, or department
store chains, or other established lines of distribution within the
watch industry. Some purchases require "Resale Restrictions"
or may require a new battery or a band or a crystal or other types of
replacements, but once a watch has been "Refreshed" in any
manner, laws in your state may require us to refer to these watches
as "Refreshed", "Refurbished" or "Secondhand".
Our suppliers generally remove the factory Watch Box and Warranty papers, but WatchLiquidators.com normally supplies a warranty and service equal to, or better than the Manufacture. This is done with our own in-house watch technicians. Gift boxes are also available upon request.
Warranty Service Instructions:
Important: Watches will not be returned if postage equal to the cost of shipping it to Watch Liquidators and a self addressed return label is not included with the watch when sending it in for warranty repair. - When
returning for repair, include:
Return postage equal to your shipping cost.
Return address label.
A copy of your sales slip or invoice.
Your name.
A detailed description of the problem.
Your daytime phone number and e-mail address.
Use a reliable carrier.
Insure the package for an amount your comfortable with.
All shipping costs or lost items are your responsibility.
